Use the form on this page to report a dead link, correct something on a page or suggest a source for the directory. Here is what to include so we can act on it.
When to write
- A link in the directory does not open, or opens something different from our note.
- A date, a name or a fact on a page is wrong or out of date.
- You know an official page we have missed, such as a working tourism portal for Vinh Long.
- Your company runs Mekong Delta trips and its website lists them.
What to send
For a correction or a dead link, send the address of our page, the link or sentence concerned and, if you have it, the official page or notice that shows the correct information. A screenshot helps when a page changes often.
To suggest a company, send its website address and the address of at least one page that shows a Mekong Delta trip. A licence number is useful; we check it on the national database. Companies are added only when they meet the same criterion as everyone else in the directory.
What we cannot help with
We are not a bus company, a boat operator, a travel agency or a government office. We cannot change a booking, confirm a seat, issue a refund or answer for an operator. For those, contact the operator directly — the transport operators page and the tour companies page link to their own sites.
For visas and border rules, the official immigration sites listed on the official sources page are the authority, not us.
